​Bus Outings - Group Adventures

Easy Outings: Our outings are carefully planned to provide an enjoyable and stress-free experiences. We choose destinations that are accessible and cater to the preferences and needs of older individuals.

 

Pick-up and Drop-off Service: We offer a convenient door-to-door service, picking up our clients from their homes and returning them safely after the outing. This eliminates the need for transportation arrangements, allowing seniors to focus on enjoying their day out.

 

In-Home Care: Linked InCare P/L is fully compatible with the 'Support at Home' Program. We invoice directly to the Aged Care Service Provider as a third party social support service.

We work closely with individuals, their families and home care service providers to ensure seamless coordination.

Individual Transport (using your SAH funding)

We are able to provide transport in a commercial passenger vehicle (Hyundai Sonata) for older people needing to get to and from appointments if we are listed as a third party service to your home care provider (we are happy to on-board with the provider if we are not already listed). Our transport for individuals is a pre-booked service and will need to be booked in advance.
